Recurring Date utility cfc

Contains the following methods -

createDailyRecurrence: for recurring every nth day
createWeeklyRecurrence: for recurring every nth week on a given day (or days)
createMonthlyDateRecurrence: for recurring on a certain day of the month, every nth month
createMonthlyOrdinalRecurrence: e.g second tuesday of every third month
createYearlyRecurrence: e.g Jan 5th every other year

Each of these methods will return a query containing dates for the recurrence between a given start and end date
